[Bryn has been enjoying herding the goats in her cougar form, ushering the talking creatures to Kuma-Ko. She does take a break however after the third group in...]

These things really are adorable and I'm kinda jealous they get to talk even though they're animals but does anyone know what's going to happen to them once the bears get them? I mean do we have some sort of political, gamey goat sushi in our future?

[She sighs, then realizes she hasn't talked to Mimmi since she returned.]

So uhm, how're you doing? Adjusting to the ship okay?

[Augh everyone seems to know her but she doesn't know anyone. It makes her head hurt]

You sound like you could use a nap. Or a drink. Or somethin'. Been busy herding the things around or just trying to keep from tripping over 'em?

Is it that obvious? I guess it's half from chasing goats, and half from being chased by people who want their goats back.

Obvious enough, I guess. You need some help with the herding once you start up again? They've been running quick enough from me...

We could block off some passages and clear the decks one by one.

That sounds good. We might actually be able to get something done working together.

Might help to get the rest of the passengers to help blocking passages so the goats can't double around behind...And then put up some sort of barrier between decks that they can't climb over so once decks are clear...

[She trails off, half talking to herself as she thinks this through.]

In either case...did you wanna get started now or maybe take a breather first? Could get some food or somethin'...

They would have to be reliable, though. We don't need more people getting addicted.

A break would be nice. Buffet sound good? Not that we have many options right now.

I'm sure we could find some people. Hell, I can think of a few off-hand...

But yeah, buffet sounds good. Get some food and brainstorm some ideas. Meet you there?

[Luckily she's not too far from that deck and is already on her way.]

[He's closer to deck 08 from all the herding, but it doesn't take more than a few minutes for him to show up.]

[She looked over and waved in greeting, taking a moment to look him over. He did seem tired, but maybe some food would give him a bit more energy back.]

Hey, how's it goin'?

[She moved over to the stack of clean plates and grabbed one for herself, beginning to pile on anything that looked like meat first. Shifting back and forth on board worked up her appetite.]

How do you think?

[He grabs some rice and curry for himself, settling down at the nearest table and immediately starting to eat.]

Mm, stupid question I guess...

[She grabbed some veggies and a couple rolls and sat down at the same table, starting to dig in. God, food really did taste better when you were hungry.]

Was thinking of figuring out some sort of order of which decks to work with first...work from top down, bottom up...or try for the decks with rooms first...dunno.

I'd say bottom up, if you're okay with being swamped with goats when we start getting close to the restaurant.

[He pauses, munching on his rice thoughtfully.]

I suppose we could always call in the help once we got to that point.

[Bryn dug into her food while she listened to Hajime, finding no reason why they shouldn't do as he suggested.]

Shouldn't have any issue with the quantity of goats as long as we make sure that they have no way to go except into Kuma-Ko.

...we might want to warn the bears ahead of time. They only have so much space in there.

Then it sounds like we have a plan. Fire doors and a few upsided tables should be all we need for blocking.

Yeah, it does. I can take point once all of that is in order...all you'll need to do is either go ahead to make sure no one's caught in the stampede.

[She flashed him a grin and took another bite of her meat with pleasure. This would be fun. Bryn hadn't realized how easily a challenge would satisfy her.]

You sure you're okay doing that alone? Don't want them to turn back on you.

[He doesn't want to sound rude, but unless she has something up her sleeve he's not sure that the goats wont just trample her.]

Ah, well. They won't. Goats, even talking goats, don't like predators.

[She chuckled and looked over at her hand a moment. With some concentration, the hand began to change. Bones shifted, popped, shortened in the hand until it was no longer a hand but in fact a cougar's paw. Bryn held it up to see.]

I'll have better reflexes in my other form as well. Didn't have any issues getting them to go, it was more a matter of getting them to stay together and in front of me instead of veering off.

[Hajime raised an eyebrow.]

Looks like we're set, then.

Should be.

[Slowly the arm reformed into a normal hand. She flexed it, stretching her fingers apart briefly before continuing to eat. Shifting so much was going to require some energy to be sure.]

We can get started once m'done eating, yeah?

[He turns back to his own food.]

[A goat wanders up and baa's.]
